We lean on our employee code of conduct to direct and coordinate our actions in business decisions. The employee code of conduct applies to all areas of our business. It clarifies our values and reaffirms our commitment to act honestly and ethically and to comply with all laws, rules, regulations, guidelines, procedures, and company standards. To make all employees responsible for observing and implementing this obligation, all employees must immediately report any violation of the code of conduct or any unfair or improper treatment of employees to the Human Resources Department for immediate investigation. Therefore, we ensure that all necessary steps are taken to investigate possible violations of our policies, and we can take appropriate steps to correct any existing violations or misunderstandings.
